On the occasion of inauguration of the first of the five newly announced fast-track courts established in Saket, Delhi to try cases related to sexual offence against women, Chief Justice of India Altamas Kabir appreciated people’s anger over rape but warned against allowing it sweep over the legal procedures. He said that a swift trial should not be at the cost of a fair trial.
