Indian-origin judge V K Rajah is Attorney-General of Singapore
Indian-origin judge V K Rajah has been appointed as Attorney-General of Singapore. The swearing-in of Justice V K Rajah was presided by President of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam. Rajah will succeed Steven Chong.
VK Rajah was also appointed as a member of the Presidential Council for Minority Rights for a 3-year term. The 17-member council reports on matters, including Bills or other legislation.
