Pakistan test fires mid-range nuclear capable Hatf-V Ghauri ballistic missile

Pakistan successfully conducted a test of its mid-range nuclear capable Hatf-V Ghauri ballistic missile.

Hatf-V Ghauri missile:

  • Liquid-fuelled ballistic missile
  • Capable of carrying both conventional as well as nuclear payload
  • Range: 1,300km.

The Ghauri missile was first test-fired on April 6, 1998
