TTP offers ceasefire, asks Pakistani army to prepare for attacks on India
Terrorist group TTP or Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (also called Pakistani Taliban) which has been the perpetrator of many of the brazen attacks across Pakistan has offered to negotiate with the government but only on its own conditions. It has offered conditional ceasefire subject to Pakistan withdrawing its support for the U.S.-led war in Afghanistan and agreeing to draft a new Constitution as per the Koran and Sunnah. It wants the Pakiatani Army to become a “pure Islamic Army” and not a supporter for the U.S.
It has asked Pakistan Army to prepare to avenge the 1971 war with India and recommended recruitment of the Kashmiri mujahideen to the military’s forces.
